It is located in a place with little foot traffic, and the calm atmosphere is pleasant. It's fun to see the preparation from the counter. Each dish is served at just the right timing, creating a beautiful flow. The aroma of the broth is wonderful, and the sashimi of tuna and flounder had a great texture, which was satisfying. The tempura of conger eel and the grilled Spanish mackerel were light and fluffy, and the presentation and dishes were very lovely. The final rice dish and clear soup, along with the sweets, were delicious, leaving me feeling happy.
