Blending traditional 'Kokonoen Hon Mirin' from Aichi Prefecture with locally brewed soy sauce, these chicken wings offer the essence of Aichi while maintaining a standard flavor. Enjoy the crispy exterior and the fluffy, juicy interior that highlights the natural deliciousness of the wings.
The tendons of the brand beef 'Hida Beef' from Gifu Prefecture are seasoned with white dashi from the long-established brewery (Shichifuku Brewing) that originated Aichi's white soy sauce, enhancing the umami. It is then simmered blended with Aichi's red miso. You can enjoy the richness of umami and the strength of the miso.
The 'Miso Kushi Katsu' enjoyed by locals at the festival in Osu, Aichi, is eaten dipped in miso simmered with 'Dote-ni', which is the Nagoya style.
