This is a set of three types: ginger tsukudani, chirimen sansho, and kombu tsukudani. It is a proud product that allows you to enjoy delicious rice. Please give it a try.
This is pressed sushi made with locally caught anago (conger eel) from the Seto Inland Sea and fresh sansho pepper.
From 5000 yen (excluding tax) - seasonal flavors are included in the Shokado box. *Reservation required 2 days in advance.
The local anago (conger eel) from Setouchi is grilled and cooked with sansho pepper. Please enjoy it as a companion to the chazuke with our homemade umeboshi.
