In a quiet atmosphere at the end of a small path, there is a counter and a tatami room that provide a sense of calm. The attentiveness of the proprietress is meticulous, and the timing of the dishes being served is pleasant. The assortment of appetizers is carefully prepared, and even the salted fish and sea cucumber vinegar are easy to eat without any fishy taste. The fugu sashimi is sliced to the right thickness and pairs well with ponzu sauce, while the fugu nigiri and grilled fugu leave a lasting impression. The deep-fried fugu and soft-shelled turtle are fragrant, and the rice porridge after the hot pot is irresistible with fluffy eggs and the aroma of green laver. While enjoying the scent of fugu fin sake, one can be satisfied with the gentle taste of the soft-shelled turtle soup and dessert.
