My friend invited me to dinner. We had a course meal, all of which were delicious and very satisfying. Among them, the soup of cod milt and beans was a new sensation, combining the gentle taste of dashi broth with Western-style herbs. The milt was exquisitely cooked, melting in the mouth and rich, and was a perfect match for the refreshing soup.
