In addition to the standard course, you can enjoy lamb meat (fresh lamb meat with few habits) in this very satisfying course (if you do not like lamb, you can change to Wagyu beef, but please indicate it in the remarks column of the reservation or call us at least one day in advance). Please enjoy pork shoulder loin, pork belly, chicken thigh, homemade cartilage fish balls, dumplings, and about 15 kinds of mushrooms and vegetables (depending on the day) in a two-color medicinal soup that is not only delicious but also beneficial to your health and beauty. This course is very popular among men, but women often choose this course as well because of its healthy base. *Of course, additional vegetables and meat, as well as additional ingredients such as gibier and tofu, can be added from a minimum of one person.
This is one of the few seafood skewer hot pot courses in the country. The two-color soup, which is not only delicious but also beneficial for beauty and health, has a more complex flavor due to the rich seafood broth in addition to medicinal herbs. This is silken tofu directly sourced from the renowned 'Mihara Tofu Shop' in Saga. Its smooth and gentle texture pairs perfectly with our rich-flavored soup. Tofu is not included in the regular course, so tofu lovers should definitely place an order.
We will bring you the recommended mushrooms of the day from our diverse selection of mushrooms. If there are any mushrooms you dislike or would like to try, please consult with us as we may be able to accommodate your preferences. (The photo is for illustration purposes. In reality, we will serve a combination of about three types from these mushrooms.)
Leafy vegetables can transfer bitterness to the soup if overcooked, so we serve them in smaller portions in our regular course. If you like leafy vegetables, feel free to add this, but please enjoy them quickly cooked to avoid overcooking. (Generally, we prepare ingredients such as bok choy, pea shoots, lettuce, and bean sprouts, but there may be changes depending on availability.)
