You can choose your favorite patterned dish and chopstick rest at the beginning, which lifts your spirits even before it starts. The black-haired wagyu beef is large and thick, very tender, and the sweetness of the fat spreads throughout. It's reassuring and delightful that the staff carefully prepares the sukiyaki right in front of you. The slightly sweet sauce seeps well into the meat and vegetables, and when mixed with the rich egg, it enhances the umami even more. The glossy Koshihikari rice has a sweetness that can be felt in the rice itself, making it so delicious that you can't stop eating. There is a wide variety of ingredients available, enough to fully enjoy egg over rice, leaving both my stomach and heart completely satisfied.
