The interior is small and has a homely atmosphere. The courses change daily and are tailored to the ingredients available. They ask about your preferences and dislikes, so you can trust them completely. The sashimi is very fresh, and you can really taste the sweetness of the shrimp and the flavor of the squid. The sea bream somen was a dish that combined the flavors of sea bream and sweet shrimp, bringing a smile to my face. The grilled and simmered dishes also convey the quality of the ingredients, and the balance of texture and aroma is remarkable.
