Hot pot to cleanse you from the inside out... My friend said, "This place is really good! She was very satisfied with the food the first time she went here! I wanted to see what hot pot was like and the manager was... I was taken there... ♪ In front of the restaurant, there is a Mongolian tent "ger", so you can't miss it! Inside the restaurant, there are both table seating and horigotatsu (a Japanese style tatami room). Leave the ordering to your friends! I thought hot pot was a Chinese dish. "Hot pot originated as a mutton dish in Inner Mongolia." So you can eat it here in Mongolia too. There are two kinds of hot pot: the white one, paitan, and the red one, mara. Various herbal medicines are effective for beautiful skin! Vegetables were nothing special. Mushrooms were interesting with strange shapes, some of which I had never seen before. Lamb shabu shabu, delicious! Lamb is so refreshing! The paitan is not spicy, so I ate this all the time, lol. The mara is very spicy with a hint of sansho (Japanese pepper). These two soups together are just right! The wax gourd and potato are also a good match! The skewers are all flavored with cumin! The lamb skewers are delicious and non-habit forming, and I want to eat them with white rice. And at the end of the meal, the handsome manager served us ice cream! As my friend said, he is a handsome man! Is the manager from Mongolia? He is not a Korean star and looks kind with a healing face! He speaks fluent Japanese and will even join in with your friend's silly gags! Thank you very much for seeing us off at the end! I didn't have a good image of hot pot until I tried it. But it's totally fine! Maybe I'll bring my junior to try it next time. She said she wants to try hot pot, so I should ask her to introduce me to someone from Mongolia.
