This is a daily special menu that makes use of seasonal ingredients. We value the experience of feeling the seasons through food, so we use natural seafood. Focusing on ingredients from Itoshima, we aim for a gentle flavor that respects the taste of both vegetables and meat.
This is fig butter. [Note] There is no menu item called 'raisin butter' mentioned in one of the reviews, so please do not be mistaken.
On a base of potato cream topped with anchovy mayonnaise and a soft-boiled egg, when you break the soft-boiled egg, the yolk flows out... Mix it well and put it on a baguette for a delicious bite♪
A salad of grilled duck drizzled with balsamic sauce. The fruits that pair well with wine change with the seasons, including kumquat, strawberries, and figs.

Seasonal menu with plump oysters, winter's number one favorite
Using exclusive contract wooden log shiitake mushrooms from Yamato Town, Kamimashiki District, Kumamoto Prefecture. The aroma that fills the air the moment you open the lid of the clay pot is irresistible, enhanced by the umami from the Kashiwa chicken.
The surface of the pâté made from Itoshima pork shoulder is grilled on a hot plate, allowing the juices to flow out and adding a fragrant aroma. It is aged for 10 days until completion. The pepper adds a spicy kick, making it a truly Japanese pâté.

1 type of sparkling, 4 types of white wine, 4 types of red wine, 2 types of sweet, cider (apple sparkling), spritzer, and limoncello, and marle (all from Japan) are also available.
