It is quiet and comfortable, allowing for a relaxed time. The presentation of the fish is beautiful and fresh, especially the sea urchin, which is sweet and delightful. The sushi is small and easy to eat, carefully prepared, and all of it is delicious. In addition to sashimi, there are also crab, horse meat sashimi, and whale, providing a wide variety of snacks. The chawanmushi with seaweed and cod roe has a lovely aroma, and the simmered daikon and eggplant has a comforting taste. The potato salad and cold fruit tomatoes are refreshing, and in the end, the small rice ball with dried sardines leaves me satisfied.
