Kushiage Hayashi

Today's Course (Example): Today's special 10 skewers (the same as the casual course) and today's sashimi. Example: Selected marbled, lean meat, fat tail, Yamagata beef yukke, and Hakata's famous sesame mackerel sashimi. The number of sashimi items may vary depending on the day. (You can add a Miyazaki A4 rank steak for an additional 1,000 yen.) Beverages are not included in the course. *The above is just an example. The content may change depending on the day.

A local dish from Hakata, Gomasaba Donburi. Today, we have fresh mackerel caught in the Bungo Channel, mixed with our homemade sesame sauce. We use Koshihikari rice from Uonuma. Please make a reservation in advance.

A hearty bowl typical of Hakata, generously topped with carefully selected mentaiko, about the same amount as the rice. Please mix the mentaiko and rice vigorously before enjoying. Please make a reservation in advance.

A bowl specially made by Hayashi, featuring fresh local eggs mixed with our homemade blend of tamari soy sauce. It's a soup-like bowl that you can enjoy easily as a finishing dish after drinking. Please make a reservation in advance.
