The noodles in the iron pot, bubbling and served hot, warm not just the body but the heart as well. The homemade medium-thick noodles have a nice chewiness and blend well with the soup, making them delicious until the very end. The broth, rich in umami, enhances the flavors of the ingredients. With plenty of kamaboko, tofu, and vegetables, it provides a satisfying chanko experience. The miso-based version with oysters is also rich and enjoyable as it simmers perfectly in the pot. The counter and tables make it easy to enter, and I was able to enjoy the set meal with rice and gyoza together.
