We use seasonal ingredients and prepare a menu that changes monthly. The size of the meal (bowl of eel rice topped with rice topped with eel and hittamabushi) can be increased for a surcharge.

The eel served in the bowl is a Kansai-style "jiyaki" eel, which is rare in the Kanto region.
