At a calm Japanese restaurant within the hotel, I was delighted by the staff's smiles upon arrival. As soon as I sat down, I was presented with a carefully prepared oshibori (wet towel) and an explanation, allowing me to relax and start my meal. The first dish, chicken tempura, was fluffy and had a refreshing citrus aroma that made me want to eat more. The sashimi of locally caught fish, cut thickly, was sweet and the flavor of the sea expanded with each bite. The main dish, wagyu steak, was melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a perfect balance of roasted aroma and rich fat. I was very satisfied with the diverse dishes that utilized local ingredients, and I enjoyed a delightful dining experience until the very end.
