This is a short lunch course including Oita's local delicacies such as Toriten (chicken tempura) and Ryukyu (local fish with soy sauce and sesame paste), prepared by three of Beppu Hiromon's apprentices. The toriten, a specialty of Oita, is made from Oita's local chicken, "Kwan Jidori". It is served freshly fried right in front of your eyes. Handmade buckwheat noodles are also served at the end of the course. This is a luxurious lunch course with seasonal appetizers and bowls made with Oita and Kyushu ingredients. Other dates will be announced on Instagram as soon as they are determined. This lunch course is different from the regular course, and Taizo Hiromon, the owner of the restaurant, will not be cooking.
We will invite Mr. Okada, the owner of Kitsuki O-daruma, as a guest and hold a collaborative event at Beppu Hiromon this summer. You can enjoy dishes using buckwheat noodles in all courses from appetizers to sweets. Regular size includes 130g of beef stew, and large size includes 200g of beef stew with increased rice portion. The rice is carefully selected Oita Prefecture Hinohikari: using Joko bamboo charcoal rice.

This is the first item served in the omakase course at Beppu Hiromon, made from buckwheat tea produced in Oita Prefecture, provided in tea bags. It will be given to you after your meal, containing 5g x 8 bags. Made from pesticide-free Tartary buckwheat tea sourced from Bungo Takada City, Oita Prefecture. Caffeine-free, calorie-free, gluten-free. Please steep one bag in 150cc of hot water for 2 minutes. Expiration date: approximately 1 year at room temperature from the date of receipt (the aroma is best enjoyed within 3 months of purchase).
About 3 hours with a special meal included. A specialized babysitter will be called to the playroom in a separate building on the premises to take care of your child during the meal. As a result of the ultimate pursuit of flavors that can only be experienced in this land, a unique platter from Hiromon that cannot be contained in a square dish has been born. The seasonal ingredients that we would like you to enjoy today are served by the chef at the most delicious timing in a series of moments called 'Hassun.' You can enjoy them in various forms such as ohitashi, Japanese-style dishes, and tempura. This is an expression of the richness of Oita and Kyushu ingredients that Hiromon has arrived at.
The chef will first show you the fish that was purchased at Saiki Fishing Port and brought back alive. It will then be prepared immediately in front of you at the counter. Please enjoy the vibrant flavor and texture.
Oita ranks third in Japan for hamo catch. It is usually eaten with the bones cut, but we serve a specialty called 'boneless hamo' made from large hamo (underutilized fish) that have grown too big to have their bones cut. For those who are not fond of bones, please enjoy the rich flavor of fat unique to large hamo.
The owner, a direct disciple of Kunihiro Takahashi, who is called the 'God of Soba,' has mastered the art of soba making. Freshly made soba is always served at the end of the course.
Nationwide delivery by cool express on 12/31, or in-store pickup on 12/31. Two types of bento boxes are available: a two-tier box with about 60 kinds of side dishes plus Ise lobster (2 pieces each) and a three-tier box (4 pieces each). Reservations start every year on September 1.
