When you place an order, they make the noodles on the spot, which highlights the smooth texture. Choosing the black and red soba with pork, dipping the chewy noodles into the bright red dipping sauce, the aroma of chili oil and the richness of the pork spread out all at once. The spiciness is strong but not unpleasantly sharp, and the rich flavor keeps the chopsticks moving. Dropping a raw egg in midway makes the spiciness milder, and it's fun to change the flavor. After the meal, pouring the soba broth into the dipping sauce and drinking it all down left me satisfied until the end. The calm atmosphere allowed me to enjoy myself pleasantly throughout the meal.
