Murata" in Azabu Juban, owned by a rice shop and winner of the Kamameshi Championship. From sashimi to a la carte dishes, a breathtaking baton relay of delicious dishes. Although photography is prohibited at this restaurant, we were given special permission to take pictures. The chef's unique soup stock, which no amateur can produce, quietly asserts the balance between the goodness of the ingredients and the robust flavor. The perfect taste humbly asserts the balance between the goodness of the ingredients and the solid dashi (Japanese soup stock), which no amateur can produce. The restaurant dares to draw a line with the best restaurants, yet conveys a sense of pride in its service. The beautiful brightness of the white rice cooked in the kettle, the gentle sweetness, and the texture of the burnt rice will leave you speechless. I was able to reaffirm that I am truly grateful and proud to have been born in Japan, to have unknowingly tasted the flavors of the four seasons, and to know the deliciousness of white rice. The bill was ¥14,000 for 5 beers, a dedication to 311, 2 gou of urakasumi, the dish in the photo, fried oysters and a bowl of rice. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
