Selected beef is simmered with our homemade white broth and additive-free seasonings, and served with udon noodles. Please enjoy it with a little yuzu pepper to your liking.
Homemade noodles without additives, made with 100% domestically produced wheat flour. The cold zaru udon made in the back of the shop allows you to fully appreciate the quality of the noodles.
