The moment you open the door, you are greeted by a near-futuristic interior shimmering with pink and purple lights, which is quite exciting. The central wooden counter, with its warm atmosphere, stands solidly, allowing for a calm experience. The head chef has honed his skills both domestically and internationally, and his new innovations based on traditional Japanese cuisine shine through. The sashimi, adorned with smoke and flowers, is a feast for the eyes and delicious to taste. The grilled anago (conger eel) has a crispy skin and fluffy flesh, and the smaller-sized sushi rice was well-balanced. With all seats at the counter and a style that progresses at the same pace, there is a sense of unity, allowing you to enjoy both the classic flavors and the delightful presentations.
