From May to August. During the hot season, we recommend a sparkling (non-alcoholic) drink made with syrup-preserved green plums sourced directly from plum farmers in Wakayama Prefecture.
From August to December. When the temperature begins to drop, 5L-sized ripe plums are preserved in syrup. The plums are so large that they can be mistaken for apricots, and they are characterized by their fruity aroma. Enjoy them in a Ryukyu glass rock glass.
November to December. Sudachi, which I only imagined as a garnish for fish, is preserved in syrup. By heating it and removing the bitterness, this drink allows you to enjoy the unique aroma and bitterness of citrus.
From December to March. Made using yuzu sourced directly from producers in Tokushima. Recommended to mix with hot water during the cold season.
