This is a calm atmosphere shop located deep in an alley, where the scent of charcoal is pleasant. Surrounded by a charcoal grill, you can enjoy a comparison of Hokkaido pork with a refreshing jelly broth. The meat is tender and rich in flavor, and the aroma of the grilled surface is irresistible. The egg over rice made with whipped egg whites pairs well with rice cooked in a clay pot, providing great satisfaction. In addition to sweet scallop sashimi, the grilled squid in broth foil and large shiitake mushrooms are also delicious.
