You can eat only here in Nagoya! This is a Miyazaki products exhibition course where you can enjoy authentic Miyazaki "Miyazaki Jidori Chicken Momoyaki" and "Spicy Noodles"! The real "Momoyaki" is a dish that was taught by "Taichi", a famous restaurant in Miyazaki! We offer an all-you-can-drink menu along with "Black", which simply brings out the aroma of the chicken and charcoal, and "Red", which is our secret sauce. Of course, the volume is also perfect! A type of free-range chicken dish known as one of the Miyazaki gourmet foods. Locally, it often refers to a variety called 'Miyazaki Jitokko,' which is said to have been presented to the feudal lords during the Edo period due to its deliciousness. This brand of chicken from Miyazaki is bred from the original 'Jidori' species. The meat has a moderate chewiness, and the more you chew, the more flavor it releases. In addition to the robust charcoal-grilled preparation, there are various ways to enjoy it, such as sashimi and tataki. If you visit Miyazaki, you must try it!

It has been featured in various media, and in recent years, there has been an increase in various spicy noodle shops in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya, mainly centered around Kyushu. The product known as spicy noodles features a light broth primarily made from glass soup, yet has a sweet aftertaste. The ingredients include eggs, chives, garlic, chili peppers, and ground meat.
