We handle carefully selected fresh meats and offer a wide range of products including horse sashimi and goat sashimi. The key ingredient for the umami of our broth, 'dashi bone', and the star dish, 'three-layer pork chashu', are all sourced from Gushi Frozen Foods.
Order up to 3 shrimp per person in one order within 60 minutes. If you leave a last order, an additional shrimp will cost 300 yen (red shrimp) or 400 yen (sweet shrimp). Enjoy sashimi! ● You can experience peeling the shell yourself! ● Staff will teach you how to peel! ● We will provide a lecture on how to remove the shell and the intestinal tract!
