As soon as you enter, you can see the seats, and it has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to come in alone. Regulars were calmly chatting while watching TV, and I was able to warm up to them quickly. The skewers are well-cooked with salt, and both the chicken and pork have a generous amount of meat and flavor. The sweetness of the pork fat is particularly impressive, and the tsukune, skin, and tongue are also delicious. There is also a whole roasted chicken thigh, which is fragrant and satisfying to eat. The appetizers are also carefully prepared, allowing me to enjoy them slowly along with my drinks.
