Hideout Lunch The lunch menu is a one-stop shop. Pork Shabu Shikura, where you can enjoy delicious udon noodles and pork shabu at the same time. Udon noodles with ume yam and ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) using Ibukijima iriko dashi (dried sardines from Ibukijima), The set includes udon noodles with ume grated yam served with ponzu sauce made from Ibukijima iriko broth and a mini bowl of rice topped with ancient Fuji pork and sesame sauce for a whopping 900 yen! You can choose between a medium or large portion of udon. The cold udon noodles are firm and smooth. It is served with a refreshing ume yam flavor. The accompanying sauce of sardine and red pepper makes it spicy. The sesame sauce bowl is also very satisfying, with plenty of pork and a great match between the pork flavor and the sweetness of the sesame sauce. I found a wonderful hole-in-the-wall.
