In the center of the counter, there is a large steamer, and the sight of steam rising is exciting. The special shumai that comes out of the steamer is full of meat juice, and both the presentation and taste were excellent. The salted simmered beef tendon is tender and infused with flavor, making it hard to stop eating. The style of sandwiching melt-in-your-mouth braised pork with fluffy steamed buns was a first experience for me, and the compatibility is outstanding. Dishes like Sichuan-style mapo tofu and fragrant fried rice each have different aromas and sensations, making it enjoyable. The cheerful service from the staff and the live feeling of being able to see the cooking right in front of me made it a space I wanted to stay in forever.
