A hidden gem for yakiniku lovers

Just a few minutes' walk from Tenma Station, Yakiniku Momofuku boasts a charmingly quiet atmosphere. The interior features counter and table seating, allowing guests to enjoy charcoal-grilled black wagyu beef in a lively setting. The especially fresh raw liver melts in your mouth when paired with the special sesame salt sauce. This cozy hideaway is the perfect place to indulge in carefully crafted yakiniku.

There is a wide variety of meat types and flavors, especially the tenderness of the tongue, leek salt ribs, and halami. The restaurant has an old-fashioned atmosphere, and you can feel the use of the charcoal-fired shichirin. Ordering is smooth and the service is excellent. I recommend the kalbi covered with scallions without sauce. I was impressed by the quality of the meat and would like to visit this yakiniku restaurant again.
