Ratatouille is a traditional dish from Nice, in southern France. The seasoning is directly taught by a Michelin one-star chef with whom Mr. Iguchi trained. It is one of the specialties inherited from his respected mentor.
This is also one of the traditional dishes from southern France. The green and red ingredients are a combination that enhances each other. Basil and shrimp are, needless to say, a perfect match. There are plenty of shrimp, giving it a more substantial feel than it appears.
In summer, we add lemon and chopped ginger to the pork to create a refreshing flavor. The lamb sausage, a traditional dish from Tunisia, can also be seasoned with spicy flavors. The affordable price range is another appealing point.
