Open Omelette with Ratatouille and Stewed Vegetables in the Center
Ratatouille is a traditional dish from Nice, in southern France. The seasoning is directly taught by a Michelin one-star chef with whom Mr. Iguchi trained. It is one of the specialties inherited from his respected mentor.
