Bright Farm (Sweet Potato)

Shochu begins with good soil. Good soil is found in bright farms. We blended the original spirits of black koji mold and white koji mold, pursuing richness and sharpness. It is somewhat dry with a nostalgic flavor and pairs well as a food companion.

The koji rice is new Koshihikari from Minamisatsuma, and the sweet potato is a luxurious product made only from the golden Senkan awarded the Emperor's Cup and the Yellow Ribbon Medal by Mr. Tohbaba. Yakushima was registered as a 'World Natural Heritage' site in 1993. Due to its unique topography, it receives a high annual rainfall, providing rich and high-quality water suitable for making shochu. This shochu is made using this famous water and carefully selected sweet potatoes, brewed with white koji. It has been finished to create a smooth and easy-to-drink sweet potato shochu.
