This is our most popular course. The main sashimi platter is purchased from Tsukiji, which is a higher grade of sashimi.
Niigata brand sakes including Koshino Homare, Shimobashira, Hakkaisan, Yukinakaume, Koshinosankanbai, Kenshin, Tsururei, Takachiyo, Warakugoson, Kubota, and other popular national sakes as guest offerings.
A rich flavor unique to this season. The taste of the innards is exceptional!

Radish, egg, ganmo (tofu), konjac, shirataki noodles, chikuwa (fish cake), beef tendon skewers, burdock root rolls, wiener sausage rolls, hanpen (fish cake), grilled tofu, and more!
A type of green onion that is 5cm thick, known as the king of onions that splashes with moisture when cut. It was presented as a gift during the Edo period and was called 'Daimyo Negi'. When grilled, it has a very addictive sweetness (laughs)
