Handmade soba made with care every day from buckwheat flour delivered from Otoineppu (Miyoshi Farm) in Hokkaido.
Made by slowly extracting thickly shaved bonito flakes from Makurazaki and combining them with a special soy sauce. It has a very deep and rich umami flavor.
We offer side dishes unique to soba restaurants, as well as sashimi, tempura, grilled dishes, and a la carte dishes made with seasonal vegetables and fish.
We carefully select the finest sake and shochu from across the country, offering seasonal options that pair well with soba and side dishes.
We offer a course for 4950, 6050, and 7150 yen.
We charge 220 yen for lunch and 495 yen for dinner.
