Fukushima Aizuwakamatsu
It has a refreshing, delicate, and elegant flavor. It is slowly aged at low temperatures, allowing the umami to expand in the aftertaste. It can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed. Although it is a special honjozo, it is crafted to the same standards as ginjo.
The flavor is rich, and the first impression feels like a sweet sake, but since the sake meter value is slightly positive, it belongs to the category of dry sake, resulting in a clean finish with no sweetness lingering in the aftertaste.
A special honjozo sake of ginjo grade. It is a crisp and dry sake with a pleasant drinking experience. Its elegant and gentle aroma invites relaxation.
The initial aroma is faint yet reminiscent of muscat grapes. It has a fairly distinct ginjo fragrance. Despite being junmai, you can feel the quality of the polishing. 60ml shot for 400 yen.
The initial aroma is pleasantly reminiscent of melon. It is relatively elegantly finished. On the palate, there is a well-balanced juicy sweetness.
