高級食材に頼らず大量の食材を長時間煮込み旨味を凝縮させたスープ使用し、かつ醤油のキレが立つつけダレ。つけダレに負けないコシの強い極太縮れ麺が特徴。最後の一滴まで美味しく頂ける一杯を目指す。
「七味」と言えど十数種類の素材を使用した贅沢な味わい。生七味はつけダレに直接つけ込まず、麺に絡めてからつけダレに絡めるのがお勧め。生七味の独特な風味を損なわずお召し上がり頂けます。辛いものが苦手な方にもお勧め。
通常のつけめんに、つけめんに相性の良い六厘舎特製豚ほぐしと特製味玉を加えた一杯。

Using a broth made by simmering a large amount of ingredients for many hours to extract deep umami—without relying on premium ingredients. The dipping sauce highlights the sharpness and richness of soy sauce, perfectly balanced with extra-thick, firm curly noodles that hold their texture and absorb the flavor beautifully. Crafted to be delicious down to the very last drop.
Although called “Shichimi” (seven spices), this blend actually contains more than ten carefully selected ingredients, offering a luxurious and complex flavor. We recommend coating the noodles with the fresh shichimi before dipping them into the sauce — this way, you can enjoy its distinctive aroma without losing its delicate balance. Even those who are not fond of spicy food can appreciate its mild and refined heat.
