The steak course uses Okinawan Wagyu beef, which is finely and beautifully marbled. Okinawan Wagyu beef is fed on unique feed and grasses, taking advantage of the subtropical climate and its natural environment, which gives the beef its unique meat quality and flavor. This course features Okinawan agu pork as the main dish. The sweetness and flavor of the fat unique to Agu pork are enhanced by the savory grill. (Includes bagna cauda with colorful local vegetables in a special sauce.)
