Barre de Mifuji offers a wide selection of sake from all 19 breweries that are members of the Toyama Sake Brewers Association. (One brewery is currently closed.) We pick up recommended sake from the breweries that are members of the Sake Brewers Association! We have about 15 kinds of sake available for 120 minutes. Each sake is served by the glass, so you can enjoy a variety of sakes and compare them with each other! All-you-can-drink plan for 120 minutes! If you want to enjoy Toyama's local sake at a great price, we recommend this plan!

The plan is only available until 5:00 p.m. when you order from the food log. Usually, the plan is available until 16:00.
You can choose 3 brands of Toyama's local sake to sip. The set comes with an omakase snack plate. Three mini bottles (100ml-300ml) of sake, including our limited edition sake, are included as a gift. The three types of sake you will receive as souvenirs are "Honami Alpha Pouch", "Wakakoma Tenkomori Junmai Sake" and "AKEBONOFLAT", which can only be purchased at Mitomi. *Brands are subject to change without notice due to availability. Founded in 2019 by Richard Geoffroy, the fifth chief winemaker of Dom Pérignon. Based in a new sake brewery completed in Fall 2021 in Tateyama Town, Toyama Prefecture, the company aims to incorporate the know-how of Champagne production in France into sake brewing, striving to produce and sell sake loved worldwide.

Wakakoma Sake Brewery has a refreshing mouthfeel and a sharp finish. Despite its sharpness, it has a lingering aftertaste, and the flavors move in the mouth. It uses a unique edible rice developed in Toyama Prefecture called 'Tentakaku,' showcasing a rustic Toyama character and a finish typical of Wakakoma.
Sanshoraku Sake Brewery is located in Gokayama, famous for its gassho-zukuri architecture. Naturally, it pairs well with mountain delicacies. Especially, it has a rich flavor due to the yamahai brewing method.
Brewed by Fukutsuru Sake Brewery in 2012. A special honjozo sake aged for over 10 years. The alcohol content is high at 19 degrees, but the taste is gentle and has a quiet impression. The aging aroma brings a sweet caramel vanilla scent that adds depth and complexity. This sake pairs well with sweet snacks.
This is a planned product launched by Uozu Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. with the aim of eliminating waste rice from the perspective of SDGs. Since it uses substandard rice, it cannot claim a specific designation, but it is sake made solely from rice with a polishing ratio of 90%.

This is a tea produced by a specialty tea shop located in Unazuki Onsen, offering both hot and iced options. The tea leaves are imported from the Darjeeling region of the Indian Himalayas and are uniquely processed using the spring water from the Kurobe Gorge. Notably, it features a vibrant aroma reminiscent of muscat grapes. It is surprising that no chemical fragrances are used, allowing the natural sweetness and aroma of the tea leaves to be maximized.
