A parent and child bowl made with plenty of chicken thigh meat and runny eggs. To finish, a single egg yolk is placed in the center of the bowl. A popular dish for the closing meal, attracting many customers who come specifically for this dish. The accompanying round chicken soup is also a delightful addition.
A Hakata-style hot pot where bone-in meat is enjoyed with a white broth soup. Due to the amount of soup that can be prepared daily, this dish requires a reservation (at least 2 days in advance). Orders are accepted for a minimum of 2 servings. Other hot pot options include 'Bantam Chicken Sukiyaki' and 'Kanto-style Water Hot Pot'.
Our skewers made with carefully selected Shamo chicken can be ordered individually (starting from 220 yen each). A recommended choice is the rare-cooked liver skewer (280 yen). Depending on availability, we also offer limited cuts such as white liver and chochin. We have a great deal with the Assorted Five Skewers Set (1000 yen) and the Chef's Choice Seven Skewers Course (1500 yen).
Available on a weekly basis. If reserved by the day before (excluding weekdays Mon-Thu and the day before a holiday), female customers will be provided with a complimentary serving.
