SPECIAL DASHI RAMEN

Special Dashi Ramen

At Oomori Shokudo, we prepare the dashi using a siphon after you place your order, making it a slightly luxurious dashi ramen. We recommend a large serving over extra noodles so you can fully enjoy the flavor of the dashi. Alternatively, you can add rice to the leftover soup and enjoy it like ochazuke.
