This is a standard course that allows you to enjoy drinks and food in a casual atmosphere. Please enjoy creative dishes made with Kirishima pork, seasonal vegetables, local chicken, and other ingredients carefully selected by the owner. Sake here varies depending on the season. We will prepare the owner's recommended brand. In addition, the all-you-can-drink time has been extended by 30 minutes to include 2.5 hours of all-you-can-drink. Please use it for a party with your friends and associates who love Japanese sake.
This special course includes 2 hours of all-you-can-drink Yamazaki and Hakushu whiskey, which are in short supply. Please take advantage of this course as soon as possible while supplies last. Toast with our special highballs for a feast for everyone who loves to drink! Please enjoy our creative dishes made with our owner's special ingredients such as Kirishima pork, seasonal vegetables, and local chicken.

This is homemade fried chicken made from local chicken. We use branded chickens such as Daisen chicken. The batter is our original recipe, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!
Our most popular menu item! The spare ribs, slow-cooked for about 5 hours, boast a rich flavor and a tenderness that falls apart.
We procure domestic beef offal with a miso flavor and prepare it in-house from the initial boiling. We use miso for seasoning and simmer it together with konjac and daikon. The robust flavor pairs well with alcohol!

Using fatty mackerel from Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture. We sear the surface with a burner to provide a fragrant finish. Please enjoy it paired with sake.
