Using the sweet golden Senkan sweet potato. Fermented at low temperatures using black koji, which is the traditional koji for sweet potato shochu, in a clay pot, and distilled under normal pressure, aged for more than 3 years. Due to the long aging, it has a different smoothness when mixed with soda, making it a very delicious sweet potato shochu.
This is a 100% barley shochu from Oita Prefecture, reserved for 6 months. The barley adds depth to the quality of the liquor and provides a satisfying drinking experience. It is a refreshing and elegant type of shochu that pairs well with various cuisines such as Western, Japanese, and Chinese, and can be enjoyed in many different ways.
Since its release in 1950, it has been loved and cherished by the nickname Daruma. This whiskey uses original spirits aged in sherry casks produced at the Yamazaki Distillery. It is characterized by a smooth and soft mouthfeel with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
