The cake is richly flavored with high-grade matcha green tea produced in Shizuoka Prefecture. The bitter taste unique to matcha is followed by a hint of sweetness that is unique to Japanese sweets. The bracken rice cake is made from only 7% of the raw materials used to make it, and the red beans that go well with the matcha are used to make the rice cake. This is a popular menu item that we are proud to offer. Please try it for yourself.
