This course features a delicious motsu nabe (hot pot) made with plump motsu and a special broth made with two kinds of secret soy sauce! The course also includes fried potatoes with cod roe and mayo, making it a great snack and drink!
This exquisite nabe is a fusion of plump beef and spicy mentaiko (cod roe)! The special broth enhances the flavor of the ingredients and allows you to enjoy the rich taste. The zosui (rice porridge) and noodles to finish off the dish are also exceptionally delicious.
