A genuine Kölsch type with aroma and richness. It features a light citrus flavor and fruity aroma. Wheat malt is added, and it is slowly matured at low temperatures using top-fermenting yeast.
Concentrated and well-balanced bitterness, with a caramelized malt aroma that is exquisite. In 2010, it won the gold medal at the prestigious World Beer Cup, becoming the first Mexican beer to do so. It has been a popular style since its arrival in Japan.
Enjoy the fresh citrus and fruit aromas with a hint of pine. The balance of the sweetness from special malts and the bitterness from carefully selected hops is excellent.
