Best cost performance!!] Sakura River's tuna: Known as a high-end fish comparable to Indian tuna and bluefin tuna, we use the belly portion which has a good balance of sweet fat and rich red meat flavor. Limited quantity available, we prepare only the amount that can be used up each day to maintain freshness.
