Bouillabaisse 234, a popular dish since the opening, is a shellfish-based bouillabaisse that is always available on the menu as a single item without reservation.
We serve prosciutto with a delicate and balanced flavor and a moderate saltiness, sourced from Austria, sliced to an unparalleled thinness that cannot be achieved with electric slicers.
With fewer tomatoes than usual and plenty of eggplant! Served at a temperature close to room temperature, it allows the sweetness of the vegetables to spread throughout your mouth. The chef had a delicious ratatouille when visiting a friend's house in southern France, and this dish is a recreation of that experience.
A dish made from cornmeal, set with cheese and deep-fried. Pairs well with wine, of course, but also goes great with beer.
