우메다에서 걸어서 10분 정도 거리에 있는 이 가게, 창업 30년 이상, 오사카에 5곳의 매장을 운영하고 있는 숯불 야키토리 본점입니다 🙋🏻‍♂️ 추천 메뉴는 소렐리스 사시미(650엔) 달콤한 간장과 마늘로 먹으면 정말 맛있어요! 절품 👏! 참고로 소렐리스는 프랑스어로 '이것을 남기는 자는 어리석은 자'라는 뜻으로 '썰매'라는 뜻이라고 한다. 허벅지살의 일부로 근육 덩어리에 대해 섬유질을 손상시키지 않고 꺼낼 수 있는 유일한 부위. 살코기라 살이 연하고 부드러워서 먹기 편하다! 맥주가 제일 잘 어울린다🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤! 마지막으로 코유와 이 포테이토 샐러드는 정말 맛있어요 😂😂😂!

닭고기 전문점. 우선은 시원한 맥주로 건배! 그리고 구운 닭고기가 나왔는데 딱 알맞게 잘 구워져서 맛있어요~! 소렐리스 구이를 주문했는데 다리 밑부분에 있는 희귀한 부위라고 하는데, 단맛이 나는 고기였습니다. 숯불 향이 술이 술술 넘어갑니다. 비교적 화기애애하고 즐거운 가게였다!
