히가시야마시는 다른 곳에서는 맛볼 수 없는 요리를 즐길 수 있는 레스토랑이다. 가을 식재료를 사용한 호두와 호두를 사용한 무침, 세토우치의 꽃게와 연어를 조합한 요리 등 다양한 메뉴가 준비되어 있다. 꽁치 죽과 사발, 생선회 등 독창적인 요리도 즐길 수 있다. 또한, 계절마다 바뀌는 생춘권, 매콤한 수프 카레 등 다른 곳에서는 맛볼 수 없는 일품요리도 있다. 국수 요리도 추천할 만하며, 태국식 육수를 사용한 백탕 국물과 포면 조합은 일품이다.
