Higashi Yamashi is a restaurant where you can enjoy dishes that you cannot find anywhere else. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, such as a salad with walnuts and walnuts using autumn ingredients and a dish combining hishigani crab and salmon roe from the Seto Inland Sea. You can also enjoy inventive dishes such as rice porridge with saury, bowls, and sashimi. Also available are seasonal spring rolls, spicy soup curry, and other one-of-a-kind dishes. Noodle dishes are also recommended, and the combination of pho noodles with white soup made from kueh and Thai broth is superb.
