Shimanto Chicken: Fed with a unique blend of feed supplemented with wood vinegar, seaweed, and mugwort. It is a high-protein, low-calorie chicken meat with a moderate texture and gentle sweetness. Cholesterol levels are about 10% lower than usual. Ooyama Dori: Raised with feed free of antibiotics and fresh underground natural water at the foot of Mount Ooyama in Tottori Prefecture. By being raised for 58-60 days, one week longer than usual after 28 days of age, it develops a juicy and flavorful meat texture.
